About

An integral approach to healing, human development and the ways we live, relate and participate in the world.

My work has evolved through a longstanding enquiry into healing, human development and what allows us to remain open to life.

Over the years, that enquiry has taken me across different ways of understanding human experience. It has led towards an increasingly integral perspective—one that holds together body and mind, our histories and relationships, the cultures and communities that shape us, and our search for meaning, connection and belonging.

The work is grounded in a deep respect for the complexity of a human life, and an enduring interest in the conditions that allow healing, connection and greater freedom to become possible.

Relationship has always been central to how I work. Alongside individual psychotherapy, groups have been a continuous thread throughout my professional life. I remain deeply interested in what becomes possible between us—in the spaces we create together, the ways we shape and are shaped by one another, and our capacity to become more conscious of what we carry individually and collectively.

Formation

My learning has evolved alongside my practice, with questions arising through the work continually opening new areas of study and enquiry.

My core training is in psychology and psychotherapy, with postgraduate qualifications in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Clinical Supervision. Over the years, I have continued to study across developmental and relational approaches, trauma and attachment, embodiment, group work, contemplative practice and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

This has included an MA in Dance Movement Therapy, an MBA from Henley Business School, foundational and advanced training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and certification in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

I am currently undertaking doctoral research in Integral Psychology, with a concentration in Psychedelic Studies.

Alongside my clinical work, I have been involved in developing embodied and movement-based practice in Malta, introducing Dance Movement Therapy and Movement Medicine locally and continuing to host international teachers and practitioners in the field.
