Integration

Integration groups provide an ongoing relational space in which significant therapeutic or psychedelic experiences can continue to unfold and find their place within everyday life.

They offer opportunities for reflection, embodied exploration, witnessing and connection, while supporting the movement from insight and experience into relationships, choices and ways of living.

The group itself can become an important part of integration: a continuing community in which new ways of relating, participating and belonging can be practised and lived.
